螺旋桨是海船普遍采用的推进器，根据船型和吨位的不同所采用的螺旋桨的类型和安装工艺也不同，本文主要介绍大型油轮的无键定距螺旋桨安装。

液压泵组、高压软管及接头、高压压力表、截止阀、点温计、百分表（带磁铁支架）。

Hydraulic pump, high-pressure pipe and joint, pressure gauge, thermometer and dial gauges (with magnetic bracket).

准备工作 Preparing work

“

1．检查螺旋浆桨锥孔和螺旋桨轴锥部的清洁；

Check surfaces of shaft cone and propeller hub cone for cleanness and slightly oil film.

2．将螺旋桨吊装到位，艉轴和螺旋桨拂配的位置标记应对齐。

Set up the propeller on the shaft cone. Consider the “TOP”-marking on the propeller and shaft.

3．在螺旋桨轴中心线上部靠近螺旋桨前端部处安放固定带磁性底座的百分表（左右对称），使百分表触杆与螺旋桨前端部相接触，并调整好零位值。

On top part of the propeller shaft and close to front end of the propeller a magnetic dial gauge shall be fixed with its contact pointer in touch with the propeller front end, then the dial gauge zero position shall be properly adjusted.

4. 由于螺旋桨与螺旋桨轴所用的材料不同，其线性膨胀系数有差异，在安装时因环境温度不同，压入量亦相应变化。轴向推入量由厂家按规范进行计算。

Because of the propeller and shaft be made of different material, the dilatability of the propeller and shaft have some different. The push-up value will be different according to the different surroundings temperature. The push-up curve supplied by maker and the curve meet the rule’s requirement.

压入 Push up

“

1、使用高压油泵将螺旋桨轴向干式推入。揿动高压油泵，用泵向液压螺母活塞加压，压力到起始点时将百分表调零点，测量螺旋桨与轴后端面之间距离。

Operate the axial oil pump (which is connected with hydraulic nut) to push the propeller axially under dry condition. Start the high pressure oil pump and pumping the pump, when arrive the start point, adjust the two dial meters (afterwards of stern tube) to zero position, measure the distance between propeller and aft face of shaft.

2、揿动高压油泵向螺旋桨的轴向、径向油路分别注入压力油，使桨毂锥孔径向扩大的同时，轴向湿式推入螺旋桨。

Operate the axial oil pump and radial oil pump simultaneously to provide pressurized oil into oil lines respectively, so that the propeller can be pushed up axially under wet condition at the same time when the conical hole of the propeller hub is radial expending.

3、进0.05mm，分别记录下此时轴向、径向油路的压力P_轴、P_径

Pumping the pump and write down P_Axialand P_Radial, per 0.05mm.

4、当螺旋桨压入到要求的轴向压入量δ 时，即压入结束。记录下此时的最终轴向、径向压力P ,并慢慢降低螺旋桨的扩张压力，最后慢慢打开螺旋桨上油接口。

After arriving the push-up length δp , and take down the expanding pressure gradually and open the oi connection of propeller hub slowly.

5、慢慢降低轴向压力，通过百分表检查螺旋桨的位置是否改变。

Reduce the axial pressure gradually and the position of propeller should not be changed according to check by the dial gauge.

6、确认螺旋桨无滑动后，用扳手棒或专用工装旋紧紧固液压螺母，并安装好止动块；拆卸轴向、径向油路装置，并用螺钉塞紧进油口；旋入液压螺母上的螺塞。

Make certain the propeller no axial moving, tighten up the hydraulic nut using the specially tool, disconnect and remove the axial and radial oil lines and devices. Screw threaded plugs into the hydraulic nut and propeller hub.
